Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This page explains, in plain English, what information this website collects about you, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the ShilaRockPlus website only – not to Amazon.in, where the product is actually sold.

In short
  • We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or payment details. There are no forms and no checkout on this site.
  • We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our ads. It sets cookies and records technical details such as your IP address, your device, the pages you view and the buttons you click.
  • When you click “Buy on Amazon” you leave this site. Your purchase is handled by Amazon.in under Amazon's own privacy policy.
  • Questions or requests about your data: info@naturefest.in

01Who we are

This website is operated by Naturefest International, the owner of the ShilaRockPlus brand. Under India's data protection law we are the “Data Fiduciary” – the organisation responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is handled on this site.

02What data we collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or payment information on this website. There is no account, no sign-up form and no checkout here. If you decide to buy, you do that on Amazon.in.

What we do use is the Meta (Facebook) Pixel – a small piece of code provided by Meta. When you open this page, the Pixel automatically collects:

  • Cookies – small files that Meta places in your browser to recognise it on later visits.
  • Your IP address.
  • Browser and device information – for example your device type, operating system, browser and screen size.
  • Pages viewed on this site.
  • Button-click actions – such as clicking a “Buy on Amazon” button.

On its own, this technical data does not tell us who you are. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may be able to link it to your account.

03Why we collect it

We use this data for advertising measurement and targeting, specifically to:

  • Measure how our ads perform – for example, how many people who saw an ad visited this page or clicked through to Amazon.
  • Understand which visitors are interested in the product.
  • Show relevant ads to visitors on Facebook and Instagram – including showing our ad again to people who have visited this page before (often called “retargeting”).

04Who we share it with

Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook / Instagram). The Pixel sends the data listed above directly from your browser to Meta. Meta processes it under its own Privacy Policy. Meta's servers are located in several countries, so this data may be processed outside India.

Amazon. When you click “Buy on Amazon” you leave our site and go to Amazon.in. Anything you do there – browsing, logging in, paying, entering a delivery address – is governed by Amazon's Privacy Notice, not ours.

This page also loads its heading font from Google Fonts. When the font loads, your browser sends your IP address to Google, as it does for any file downloaded from the internet. No other information is shared with Google.

05Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. On this site they are set by the Meta Pixel for the ad measurement and targeting described above. We do not use cookies for anything else.

Two things to know about cookies on this site:

  • The cookie banner. On your first visit, a banner at the bottom of the page tells you that cookies and the Meta Pixel are in use. It is a notice, not an on/off switch: clicking Got it acknowledges it and hides the banner, and that acknowledgement is remembered in your browser so the banner is not shown again.
  • Your browser settings. To control or block these cookies, use your browser settings. Every major browser lets you block, restrict or delete cookies at any time – for all sites or just for third parties such as Meta. Blocking cookies will not stop this page from working.

You can also manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

06Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to:

  • Access – ask what personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction – ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Erasure – ask us to delete your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent – at any time, for any processing that relies on your consent.

To make any of these requests, email us at info@naturefest.in. Because we do not collect names or contact details on this site, the Pixel data described above is held by Meta rather than by us; where a request needs to go to Meta, we will point you to the right place.

Grievance redressal. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data or your request, you can raise a grievance with us at the same address, info@naturefest.in. We will acknowledge your grievance and respond within a reasonable time.

07Children

This website and the ShilaRockPlus product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has used this site and data has been collected, please contact us at info@naturefest.in.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time – for example if we add a new tool to the website or the law changes. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. Please check back occasionally.
